Square One Organic Vodka is an artisanal spirit distilled from organically grown rye. It is known as the first such certified organic American rye vodka.

Production

Square One Organic Vodka is made from organic rye grown in North Dakota and water drawn from the Snake River watershed of the Teton Mountain Range in Wyoming. It is fermented through a proprietary organic process certified by Oregon Tilth. Following fermentation, it undergoes a single pass through a four-column continuous distillation and traditional carbon filtration. Production takes place in small batches at Distilled Resources, an artisanal facility located in Rigby, Idaho near the water source.

History
