Edward (Ed) Clancy (born 12 March 1985, Barnsley) is an English professional track and road bicycle racer who rides for the UCI Professional Continental team Landbouwkrediet-Tönissteiner. On the track his specialist discipline is Pursuit. He won the first stage of the 2005 Tour of Berlin. He also won 2007 Team Pursuit World Championship. At the 2008 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Manchester he was again part of the Gold medal winning Team Pursuit squad.

On 17 August, Clancy was a member of the Olympic team pursuit squad which broke the world record in the heats with a time of 3:55:202, beating their Russian opponents comfortably to go through to the final ride-off for silver and gold.
