Kevin Danaher is an anti-globalization activist and the author of numerous books, including "Insurrection: The Citizen Challenge to Corporate Power". With his wife Medea Benjamin and Kirsten Irgens-Moller he is co-founder of Global Exchange, an anti-globalization Non-governmental organization based in San Francisco, California. He received his Ph.D. in sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is also known for his lectures around the country at various universities as well as to community organizations.
