Stayclip

Stayclip

Stayclip is a form of shirt collar stiffener (also known as collar stays). Stayclip is a patented design that stores a set of collar stiffeners which have specially designed holes in their ends. The Stayclip system uses a unique holder with a clip, to keep the set of collar stiffeners together. By pressing a button on the holder, the arms of the Stayclip open and close to provide easy access to the stiffeners.

The collar stiffeners are available in a myriad of materials including platinum (with diamonds), gold plated brass, sterling silver, stainless steel and vinyl.

History

Stayclip was introduced in the USA by BG & Sons, LLC in 2004. After coverage in the US editions of "GQ" and "Vogue" in 2005, the company saw rapid expansion in growth of the collar stiffeners system within North America. The company sees great success in its retail operations and also on the private label label side where it makes its collar stays for companies including Calvin Klein and Ike Behar.

In 2006 KJ Beckett obtained the UK license for the collar stiffeners organiser.
