William Oldfield Cautley (d. 17 February 1864) was a New Zealand politician. He served in the 1st New Zealand Parliament as representative for the Waimea electorate, but did not serve in any further Parliaments. He also served on the Nelson Provincial Council.

He died in London on 17 February 1864, after a long illness.
