Leo Andanar Lastimosa is a popular Tri-media practitioner in Cebu Philippines.

He currently co-anchors TV Patrol Central Visayas with Atty. Hadie Acuña. He is also the host of "Arangkada" over Radio Station DYAB and A columnist in Cebu's Newspaper The Freeman. He started his broadcast career in 1984 with DYLA-AM as a campus reporter while studying in USJ-R, Cebu City.
