Trends in Food Science and Technology

"Trends in Food Science and Technology (TIFS)" is a European-based mini-peer-review scientific journal involved in product development issues in food science and technology. It is an official publication both of the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EEFoST) and of the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST).

As of 2007, its Executive Editor is Paul Finglas of the Institute of Food Research in Norwich, United Kingdom.
