Rosfinmonitoring

The Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia ( _ru. Федеральная служба по финансовому мониторингу; Росфинмониторинг) is a subdivision of the Finance Ministry of Russia created by a decree of President Vladimir Putin of November 12001, and aimed to fight money laundering. From November 12001, to March 92004, it was called Financial Monitoring Committee ( _ru. Комитет по финансовому мониторингу). It has been led by Viktor Zubkov from the very beginning.
