Air Marshal Sir John Eustice Arthur Baldwin KBE, CB, DSO, DL, RAF (13 April 1892 – 28 July 1975), was a senior officer in the Royal Air Force during the Second World War.

* 1939 29 August Air Office Commanding No. 3 Group RAF Bomber Command
* 1942 9 January – 1942 21 February Acting Commander In Chief, Bomber Command. During his brief tenure that the Channel Dash occurred, when the Scharnhorst and Gneisenau escaped from the French port of Brest and fled up the English Channel to the sanctuary of Kiel harbour in northern Germany.
* 1942 9 October Deputy Air Office Commander in Chief, India.
* 1943 16 November Air Officer Commanding RAF Third Tactical Air Force

He reverted to the Retired List on 15 December 1944.
