Game Pak

Game Pak

Game Pak refers to video game cartridges produced by Nintendo for one of the following systems:

*NES
*Super NES
*Game Boy and Game Boy Advance
*Virtual Boy
*Nintendo 64

The usage of the term "Game Pak" ended with the Game Boy Advance line. The Nintendo DS uses the term "Game Card" instead, and the Nintendo GameCube and the Wii are optical disc-format systems.
