A limited release Rambaldi Collection was released on the same day as Season 5, featuring all 5 seasons of the series as well as a bonus disc. Only 40,000 copies of this set were produced. [http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=6149] [http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=6239]

* Available Subtitles: English, Spanish.
* Available Audio Tracks: English (Dolby Digital 5.1).

29 discs with every episode of all five seasons, plus bonus disc of never-before-seen extras including:

* Jennifer Garner's never-before-seen first interview as Sydney Bristow
* Exclusive J.J. Abrams interview
* Identity theft – Alias' sexiest Aliases
* Case Closed: Emotional cast reunion from the series finale
* Dossier 47 – The Secret of the Infamous Number
* Fan montage, bloopers, and more!
* Packaged in replica of Rambaldi artifact box, with secret compartment holding the bonus disc
* Hardbound book revealing answers to the show's deepest secrets, including introductory letter from J.J. Abrams

The UK Region 2 release of this set is literally the five season boxsets placed into one big box, and the bonus disc is supplied in a clearly visible slimline case (as opposed to a "secret compartment"). The hardbound book is not included with the Region 2 release.The German Region 2 release resembles the US release of the Rambaldi box.

The Region 4 release of the Rambaldi Collection was released on the 21st May 2008. The set contains the original bonus disc and the hardbound 'Alias Revealed' book. Unlike the Region 2 release, the Region 4 release has the 'Deluxe Rambaldi Packaging' like the Region 1 release, although rather than having fold down sides with a lid, the box is spilt about 2/3 of the way down and the top lifts off to reveal the dvds. Due to the PAL conversion the set contains 30 DVDs rather than the original 29. The extra DVD is needed for the Season 5 component of the box set which requires 5 discs for the PAL format rather than the 4 discs required for NTSC. Like the Region 1 and 2 versions, the Region 4 version was released as a limited edition. [http://www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/798783]

Because of the design of the US Region 1 set, many buyers received damaged discs. The discs themselves (excluding the bonus disc which was hidden from the rest of the discs) were placed in hard paper covers, which scratched the discs when they moved during shipping. Buena Vista replaced the discs free of charge. [http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=25176]
