Plot

Cartman develops a hobby of getting Butters to spend the night at his house and taking degrading photos of him as he sleeps, examples include placing a tampon in his mouth and cat feces above his upper lip. He then shows Stan, Kenny and Kyle a photo of him with Butters' penis in his mouth, hoping it looks as if Butters' were homosexual, but he finds out that the photo is actually more degrading of himself, than of Butters.

Kyle misleads Cartman into thinking that if he takes a photo of himself with his penis in Butters' mouth instead, it would "reverse the gay-polarity." Cartman blindfolds the gullible Butters, and as he is about to insert his penis into Butters' mouth, Butters' dad, Stephen, walks in on them, much to his horror. Believing Butters is bi-curious, he tells his son that he is simply "confused", to which Butters readily admits. Chris sends him to a conversion therapy camp run by Christians, who repeatedly reinforce the idea that the boys there are "confused", though Butters never realizes that homosexuality is the issue and is actually excited to go to camp.

At the gay conversion camp, the boys are miserable and suicide is common, with little concern from the camp officials. Butters befriends his roommate and "accountabili-buddy", Bradley, and when camp authorities find Bradley's male underwear catalog, they are both punished. When Bradley realizes that he has a crush on Butters, he comes to the conclusion that he is beyond hope, and contemplates ending his life by jumping off a bridge. Finding the camp staff unsympathetic, Butters excoriates them, telling them that he and Bradley are perfectly normal the way they are, and that the staff's assertions of "confusion" are simply projections of their own confusion. Encouraged by Butters' expression of confidence and pride, Bradley decides not to commit suicide. Seeing that Butters likes being bicurious, Stephen admits that he's bicurious as well and that he likes it (as seen in Butters' Very Own Episode). Even though this makes Butters a little bit more confused, he accepts it and starts to laugh with his father about it, right before they're about to head home.

Meanwhile, Cartman believes Kyle has stolen the photo of him with Butters' penis in his mouth, and, to prevent Kyle from having the satisfaction of showing it off, Cartman shows a copy of the photo to the entire class himself, attempting to pass it off as an artistic statement against the War In Iraq. Right after he does this, Mr. Mackey relates a message to Cartman from his mother, that she found the original photograph under his desk at home, much to Cartman's horror. The entire class is speechless for a while (complete with Kyle looking at Cartman in disdain), and Cartman himself finally breaks the silence by uttering "...Lame", ending the episode on that note.
