Produced by Tank, the song was released as the album's second single on August 7, 2007 (see 2007 in music) in North America, where it achieved minor success.

Music Video

Chart performance

Ghetto went for radio adds in August 2007 and it was added by about 28 urban stations and very few rhythmic stations and the song charted on the bubbling under R&B/Hip-Hop chart at #9 which is equivalent to #109 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart the single so far has failed miserably in the US. Many fans were extremely disappointed that Rowland decided to go ahead and release "Ghetto" in place of "Comeback," stating that the latter was superior and would have been a big hit. The timing of the release—more than 5 months after the Release of the first single "Like This"—greatly contributed to the underperformance of "Ghetto".
