Randall Kennedy

Randall Kennedy

Randall L. Kennedy (born September 10, 1954 in Columbia, South Carolina) is the Michael R. Klein professor at Harvard Law School. He is also a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of the United States, a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and a member of the American Philosophical Association. His book "Race, Crime, and the Law" won the Robert F. Kennedy Book Award.

He holds degrees from Princeton University, the University of Oxford, and Yale Law School. Kennedy was also a Rhodes Scholar.
