- Legislative district of Taguig City
The Legislative district of Taguig City is the representation of the "Second Councilor District" of the City of Taguig in the
Philippine House of Representatives . It was established under "Republic Act No. 8487" onFebruary 11 ,1998 , which converted Taguig into a highly-urbanized city, but it did not take effect untilDecember 8 ,2004 . It first elected its representative in the 2007 general elections. Prior to its creation, it was part of the legislative district of Pateros-Taguig.Lone District
