This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 2007 to 2011.

:1 Port Macquarie independent MLA Rob Oakeshott resigned on August 13, 2008 in order to contest a federal by-election for the seat of Lyne. A by-election will be held on October 18 to determine his replacement.:2 Ryde MLA and outgoing Deputy Premier John Watkins resigned on September 12, 2008. A by-election will be held on October 18 to determine his replacement.:3 Cabramatta MLA Reba Meagher resigned on September 16, 2008. A by-election will be held on October 18 to determine her replacement.:4 Lakemba MLA and recently deposed Premier Morris Iemma resigned on September 19, 2008. A by-election will be held on October 18 to determine his replacement.
