Miroslav Šimek (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪroslaf ˈʃɪmɛk]) (born 27 January 1959) is a Czech slalom canoer who competed in the 1980s and 1990s. Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won two silver medals in the C-2 event, earning them in 1992 and 1996.

Šimek also won a complete set of medals in the C-2 event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold in 1993, a silver in 1991, and a bronze in 1997.
