The "E" Ticket

The "E" Ticket is a magazine in which each issue features the history of a Disneyland attraction. The magazine has been in print since 1986. It was published by Disneyland fans Leon Janzen and Jack Janzen until Leon suddenly died on September 9, 2003. The last issue published by the brothers was the Fall 2003 Issue, #40, on Adventure Thru Inner Space. In October 2004, Issue #41 Jack Janzen published the first post-Leon Janzen issue. The most recent issue was Issue #45 - Summer 2007, on the Art of the Pirate's of the Caribbean and former Walt Disney Costume Designer Alice Davis continues to be available.

The magazine is named after the E tickets that, before the move to flat-rate entry tickets, denoted the top rides in the park. The magazine will end its run with issue #46 sometime near the end of 2008.
