Strymonian Gulf

Strymonian Gulf

The Strymonian or Strymon Gulf is a branch of the Thracian Sea—itself part of the Aegean Sea—lying east of the Halkidiki peninsula and south of Serres.

The Strymon River empties into the gulf.
