"Halfcrazy" is the lead single from Musiq Soulchild's second album "Juslisen". It was released as a 12" single on February 26, 2002. "Halfcrazy" contains a sample from Paul Mauriat's "Vivre Pour Vivre". It is considered as Musiq Soulchild's signature song.

It debuted on the "Billboard" Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart on February 23, 2002, spent 42 weeks on the chart (its last being on December 7, 2002) and peaked at #2.

"Halfcrazy" entered the Billboard Hot 100 on March 23, 2002, spending 25 weeks there, peaking at #16 and falling off on September 7, 2002. To date, it is the biggest pop hit of Musiq Soulchild's career.
