The Teachers Building Society is a British building society. It was founded in 1966 by the National Union of Teachers and provides mortgages to people who work in education as well as savings products to the general public. It is a member of the Building Societies Association.

It is a mutual organisation run for the benefit of its members and services can only be purchased directly from the Society.Fact|date=June 2008

Based in Wimborne, Dorset, Teachers Building Society employs around 40 people.

The Society wholly owns a subsidiary company - TBS Financial Services Ltd - which is a financial planning service offering investment, protection and pension products.
