Queensland racehorse owned by Robert W. Chaplain. In 1965 and 1966, Bore Head had an amazing run of well-known races, including theCaulfield Cup andAustralian Cup .Bore Head was one of the favourites in the 1966
Melbourne Cup , but he lost when the horse in front of him fell, taking Bore Head down in a tumble. The following year he placed twelfth in the race.Bibliography
