Gob (1994-present)
Thacker is the lead vocalist and one of two guitarists in the punk rock band Gob. He formed the band with
Theo Goutzinakis on lead guitar,Wolfman Pat Integrity on drums, andKelly Macaulay on bass. They released their debut, " Self-Titled" in1994 . Since signing a deal withNettwerk andEMI , the band has released fivestudio albums . The current bassist and drummer, Steven and Gabe, joined the band after the band went through several other bassist and drummer. He usesGibson SG , aPRS McCarty and aGibson Les Paul .um 41 (2007-present)
Thacker is currently also Sum 41's touring guitarist after Sum 41 lead guitarist
Dave Baksh announced in a statement that he was leaving the band to work with his new band,Brown Brigade . With Sum 41, he generally plays aGibson Les Paul , which was a gift from Deryck upon him helping the band.
