The Battle of Wolgast was an engagement in the Thirty Years' War, fought on August 12, 1628, in Wolgast, Germany. the forces involved in the conflict were those of Christian IV of Denmark and the Imperial armies of Albrecht von Wallenstein. Ultimately, Christian's forces were defeated. [Beller, p. 536.]
