Yolanda Morazzo

Yolanda Morazzo (born 1928, São Vicente, Cape Verde) is a writer of poetry and short fiction in the Portuguese language. Although she lived for many years in Portugal, she is associated with the Claridade movement of Cape Verdean writers.[1][2] She was one of the founders of Suplemento Cultural, a literary review.[3]

Her work appears in Across the Atlantic: An Anthology of Cape Verdean Literature, edited by Maria M. Ellen. A poem, "Barcos," is available online.[1]
