Antonis Tritsis ( _el. Αντώνης Τρίτσης, Argostoli 1937 - Athens 7 April 1992) was a Greek politician, born and raised in the town of Argostoli on the island of Kefalonia.

A founding member of PASOK, he was elected MP in the Greek Parliament with PASOK in 1981 and 1985 and served as Minister of Public Works, and Minister for National Education and Religious Affairs. In 1989 he established the short-lived Greek Radical Movement, and in 1990 he was elected mayor of Athens wqith support from the New Democracy party. He was one of the most popular mayors of Athens, dedicating much effort in re-vitalizing the city. His pet projects included the planting of as many trees as possible throughout Athens in order to create a "greener" city and also alleviate the smog which perpetually hangs over it, the unification of the archaeological sites in Athens' historical center, and the re-introduction of the tram railway. He was unable to fulfill his visions, as he died after a stroke in April 1992.
