"Lonestar" is the self-titled debut album of American country music group Lonestar. Released in 1995 on BNA Records, it features the singles "Tequila Talkin'", "No News", "Runnin' Away with My Heart", "Heartbroke Every Day", and "When Cowboys Didn't Dance". "Tequila Talkin'" and "Runnin' Away with My Heart" both reached #8 on the "Billboard" Hot Country Songs charts, while "No News" was the band's first Number One on that chart. The album has been certified gold by the RIAA for sales of 500,000 copies in the United States.

"Heartbroke Every Day" was previously recorded by Pearl River on their 1994 album "Pearl River". It was also the only single of Lonestar's career to feature bass guitarist John Rich (who left in 1998) on lead vocals. Rich also sang lead on "I Love the Way You Do That", "Does Your Daddy Know About Me", "Ragtop Cadillac", and "Paradise Knife and Gun Club". All the other tracks feature Richie McDonald on lead vocals.
