"Everything in Time" is a compilation album comprising of No Doubt's B-sides, rarities, and remixes, first released in 2003 as disc three of the Boom Box set, later released separately in 2004. It was released as a companion with their first compilation album, "The Singles 1992-2003".

There was very much material recorded for "Return of Saturn" and due to this fact, many of the songs were left off the album, some of them were released as B-sides ("Big Distraction" and "Full Circle" were also released as bonus tracks for international versions of the album). "You're So Foxy" was thought to be a potential single and was initially titled "Agony and Ecstasy". "Everything in Time" was a rare attempt for Gwen to write a song with her brother after his departure from the band. According to the booklet, it was "a hard one to let go" and another version was recorded for "Rock Steady", but didn't fit in for the album. The later (London) version features Madness' organist Mike Barson on piano. "Sailin' On" was recorded in two versions; the second, more dubbed-out mix was selected for the benefit compilation for Surfrider Foundation.
