Radenthein is a town in the district of Spittal an der Drau in Carinthia in Austria. It is situated in the Nock Mountains region of the Central Eastern Alps, north-east of the Millstätter See. The municipality also includes the cadastral communes of Döbriach, Kaning, Laufenberg, St. Peter and Tweng.

The mining company (now RHI AG) is still the main employer. Besides which, there is some hotel and tourist trade in Döbriach on the lakeside of the Millstätter See.
