Frogwares is an independent adventure game development studio, having branches in Ukraine, Ireland and France. It is most well known for its ongoing Sherlock Holmes series of adventure computer games starring Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John H Watson, which began in 2002 with "Mystery of the Mummy" and has been continued with ', ', and "Sherlock Holmes versus Arsène Lupin".

It has also developed two adventure games based on the works of Jules Verne, the first of which was "Journey to the Center of the Earth" in 2003 and "80 Days" in 2005 (based on "Around the World in Eighty Days"). Its most recent work is "" which was released in 2008 and is based on the legend of Dracula.
