Highway 405 is a short 400-series highway in Ontario, Canada that connects the Queen Elizabeth Way to the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge in the village of Queenston. This route provides a connection to the United States via Interstate 190.

In November 2004, exit ramps to the Niagara Parkway were removed to allow room for a new truck staging carriageway, with dedicated ramps to the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, and eventual customs pre-clearance areas. Traffic exiting to the Niagara Parkway is now directed to exit at Townline Road, where trailblazers lead to the parkway. Highway 405 was also added to the COMPASS network of highway monitoring. The cameras used on Highway 405 are a new variety that uses infrared sensors, improving the visibility along the highway.

The highway was named the General Brock Parkway on 13 October 2006 in honour of the War of 1812 hero, Major General Sir Isaac Brock, who died at the Battle of Queenston Heights.
