Regular Segments
The show begins with a live cross from the "Sunrise" team in
Martin Place to Larry and Kylie inside the studio. They begin by asking the daily question, which is the question they want viewers to email in their responses. The first segment also contains the "Clip of the Day", and one or two live crosses or interviews regarding the news stories of the day.Musical performances take place at roughly 9:50am. Guests can be of a smaller profile than those that appear on "Sunrise". Unsigned artists are also encouraged to send in a demo CD for the potential opportunity to perform.
Each day at around 10am, in a similar style to Sunrise's "All-Stars" segment, two commentators are featured as part of "The Jury" on "The Morning Show".

Wednesday: radio announcer Chris Smith and journalist Helen McCabe

Friday: actressLynne McGranger and comedianTom Gleeson A regular segment follows at 10:20am. On Mondays, senior citizens Vince & Betty visit the studio to give out "life advice" to viewers that have called in. On Thursdays, "Beat The Stylist" takes place, where viewers are given the chance to compete against a fashion stylist at dressing models for a certain occasion. Media personalities act as judges to decide the winner. On Friday's
Anna McPherson gives her opinion on all things related to "Modern Manners."An international cross to a celebrity gossip correspondent follows at 10:30am. The show finishes with Larry & Kylie saying goodbye outside in the plaza.
Generally, six advertorials are shown throughout the show.
Jo Lamble also regularly joins Kylie & Larry on the couch with one or more of the viewers for a one-on-one personal counselling session. The Segment is called the "Counselling Couch," it's almost always on after the 9:30am news.–References
