Kenneth George Sanders (Born July 8, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a former professional baseball player. He was a right-handed pitcher over parts of ten seasons (1964, 1966, 1968, 1970-1976) with the Kansas City/Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox, Milwaukee Brewers, Minnesota Twins, Cleveland Indians, California Angels, New York Mets and Kansas City Royals. Sanders led the American League in saves in 1971 with Milwaukee. For his career, he compiled a 29-45 record in 408 appearances, all but one as a relief pitcher, with a 2.97 earned run average and 360 strikeouts.
