"Note to Self" is the second single from From First to Last's debut album "Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Body Count". The song did not chart, however, the music video has been viewed over 3 million times on YouTube. The song is considered to be From First to Last's most popular and well-known song.

Music video

The video takes place in a mental asylum, where apparently the time goes faster and slower than normal, when we can see an old man that seems afraid. The man sees flashes of himself first as an infant, then as a child, adolescent, adult, and finally an old man again. Glimpses of a girl and a young woman with blood pouring from their mouths are shown briefly, as well as shots of the old man tipping over the table that he and another old man had previously been perusing for a checkers game. The band seems to be an illusion compared to the insanity in the asylum.
