Baoding Military Academy

Baoding Military Academy (保定軍校) is a military academy in the early years of the Republic of China. It generated many important military leaders before the founding of the Whampoa Military Academy. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, half of China's 300 divisions where commanded by Whampoa graduates while a third were from Baoding.
