Shane Clayton

Shane Clayton (born 24 October 1978) is a former Australian rules footballer who played 99 games for the North Melbourne Kangaroos, including their victorious 1999 Grand Final.

Originally from the Northern Knights, Clayton debuted in the AFL for the Fitzroy Lions with whom he appeared 13 times. Following the clubs merger with the Bears he played 5 games with the Brisbane Lions over two seasons before moving to the Kangaroos. His brother Jeremy has also played for the club.
