Sedgefield is a neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, just south of Dilworth. Many of the homes there have been renovated, and it is a popular area for young professionalsFact|date=May 2007. It is located between Park Rd and South Blvd. Property values have been increasing faster than average due to the development along South BlvdFact|date=May 2007. There are many condo projects underway along its west side, spurred by the completion of the LYNX blue line of the Charlotte Light RailFact|date=May 2007. The core of the neighborhood is a mix of duplex housing and single-family homes. There are several schools in the neighborhood as well as park along Dairy Branch Creek on its northern side.
