"Watching in Silence" is a 2003 release by Circle II Circle. It was the band's first release, and featured guest appearances from lead vocalist Zachary Stevens's former band mates from Savatage, Jon Oliva and Chris Caffery, who co-wrote many of the songs on the album.

After the tour in support of this album, the entire band left Stevens, citing the management's failure to pay them as the reason for their departure. After which, they teamed with Jon Oliva and formed what would become known as Jon Oliva's Pain.
