The New York Yankees' 1954 season was the 52nd season for the Yankees. The team finished in second place in the American League with a record of 103-51, finishing 8 games behind of the Cleveland Indians, who broke the Yankees' 1927 AL record by winning 111 games. New York was managed by Casey Stengel. The Yankees played at Yankee Stadium.
