John Shaw (field hockey player)

John Shaw (born April 24, 1962) is a former field hockey player, who represented Great Britain in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona and the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. [ [http://www.olympics.org.uk/athleterecord.aspx?at=2778 British Olympic Association > Athletes > John Shaw ] ] He is currently coach of Southgate HC Men's 1st XI, and also club coach for Oxford University Hockey Club.

He won a silver medal at the 1986 Hockey World Cup.
