Izumo class cruiser

The Ordered in 1897, launched on 19 September 1898, and completed 25 September 1900, the "Izumo" participated in the Russo-Japanese War, World War I and World War II. It between wars, it served as a training ship for long distance oceanic navigation and officer training.
