Vientiane Times

Vientiane Times

The "Vientiane Times" is an English language newspaper, published daily in Vientiane, Laos. Established in 1994 as a weekly, it went daily in 2004. It is published by Lao Press in Foreign Languages, which is a specialised agency of the Ministry of Information and Culture, and normally runs to sixteen pages.

Below is the link to this newspaper's web site "www.vientianetimes.org.la". Note that the link [http://www.vientianetimes.com "Vientianetimes.com"] does not refer to the official newspaper, but to a web site that till early 2008 was maintained by an individual in the USA (now no longer updsted).
