"Greatest Hits, Vol. 1" is a greatest hits compilation released in October 2004 by nu metal band Korn and has sold over 1,850,000 copies worldwide. It is the last album with long time guitarist Brian "Head" Welch It features various songs from their ten-year career. There are two previously unreleased songs on the compilation. The first track is a cover of Cameo's "Word Up!". The second track is a compilation of all three parts of Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall" and "Goodbye Cruel World".

The album opened at #4 on the Billboard 200 and achieved platinum certification by RIAA.

As of May 31st, 2006, it has sold 1,123,073 total copies in the US.
