The Wrights is an American country music duo composed of Adam and Shannon Wright, who are husband and wife; Adam Wright is the nephew of country music artist Alan Jackson. [ [http://www.accessatlanta.com/music/content/music/cds/0505/17thewrights.html The Wrights: 'Down This Road'] ]

Adam and Shannon Wright met in 1998 after Adam filled in for a musician in Shannon's band in Atlanta, Georgia. A year later, the Wrights' debut album, "Down This Road", was released on Jackson's personal label, ACR (Alan's Country Records), in association with RCA Records.
