Larry Miller (sports executive)

Larry G. Miller, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American sports executive. He is currently president of the Portland Trail Blazers National Basketball Association franchise, being hired for the position on June 20 2007. Miller held a variety of executive positions at Nike, Inc, most recently Vice President and General Manager, Basketball, and prior to that President of the Jordan Brand. Prior to joining Nike in 1997, Miller served in an executive role for Jantzen. He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Temple University, and an MBA from La Salle University.
