Neil Stuart Roberts (born 3 January 1955) is an Australian politician. He was first elected to the seat of Nudgee in the Queensland State Parliament on 15 July 1995.

He is the Minister for Emergency Services, Corrective Services, and Police in the Queensland State Government.
