Samuel Slovák (born October 17 1975 in Nitra) is a Slovak footballer, who currently plays for ŠK Slovan Bratislava in the Corgoň Liga. Actually he is the captain of the team and natural leader of the squad followed by his teammates to give as much as one can during the football matches. He is very well known for his discipline and open mind. He is brilliant dribbler with extreme technical ability and feeling for right passes which are creating dangerous chances for forward players. He is always supportive to young players and always acts as a true captain. His high intelligence is known both at the fiel and in real life. He will never be forgotten by Slovan Bratislava supportes as one of the most remarkable players who played in Corgoň Liga. He is married and has two children.

Slovák played six matched for Liberec in which he scored three goals. In February 2003 he underwent knee surgery and miseed the rest of the season.
