The Prix Chloe is a Group 3 flat horse race in France open to three-year-old thoroughbred fillies. It is run over a distance of 1,600 metres (approximately 1 mile) and takes place annually in late June or early July, presently at Maisons-Laffitte Racecourse.

It was first run in 1921 together with an equivalent race for colts and geldings, the Prix Daphnis. The two races were named after the characters Daphnis and Chloe from a work by the Greek novelist Longus, popularised in France by the translation of Paul-Louis Courier.

From its launch until 1967 the Prix Chloe took place at Tremblay. Following the closure of this racecourse it moved to Longchamp for a short period (1968–72) before arriving at its next long-term home, Evry, in 1973. The race remained here until 1996, when this racecourse also closed. The first running at its present venue was in 1997. It then switched between Chantilly (1998–2002, 2004–05) and Longchamp (2003) before returning to Maisons-Laffitte in 2006.

Until 1960 the Prix Chloe was run over 1,600 metres and took place in April, two weeks before the Poule d'Essai des Pouliches. It thus served as a trial for that event and also for the Prix de Diane in June. The distance was increased to 1,800 metres in 1961 and it mostly continued at this length until 2007. The one exception to this was in 1993, when it was temporarily cut to 1,600 metres. The race returned to this distance in 2008.

Since 1977 the Prix Chloe has been run in late June or early July. Although it no longer acts as a trial it is still occasionally contested by some notably progressive fillies. These include Detroit, a subsequent winner of the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, and Mandesha, later a Cartier Racing Award winner as the top three-year-old filly in Europe.
