The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong is the independent statutory body charged with regulating the securities and futures markets in Hong Kong. It is the main authority and supervision board for the security market in Hong Kong. Even though it is consider to be a branch of the government body, it run separate to the government itself. it consist of a CEO. [cite web
