Joseline Peña-Melnyk is an American politician who represents District 21 in the Maryland House of Delegates.

Background

Born in the Dominican Republic on June 26, 1966, Delegate Peña-Melnyk attended John F. Kennedy High School in the Bronx, New York and then graduated from Buffalo State College with a B.S. in criminal justice.
